Lorry Delivery
All products are handcrafted at our community factory in Jaipur, India and then shipped to our fulfilment centres in United Kingdom, European Union (DE/ES), United States (NJ/CA), Canada, and Australia. Van delivery is a premium option we offer for large or mixed orders, enabling you to receive goods in bulk, delivered to a single address, with reduced handling and environmental impact.
1. Overview
2. What Van Delivery Means
- Full Truck Load (FTL) / Full Van: When your order volume and product mix justify a full vehicle(or large van/truck) load direct from one of our regional fulfilment hubs.
- Less Than Truck Load (LTL): For orders below full van capacity but still large enough to specialise for van delivery based on product mix and accessibility.
- Direct-to-door service: Goods delivered in one go, avoiding multiple parcel shipments or fragmented delivery.
3. Qualification Criteria
An order must meet all the following to qualify for van delivery:
- Order placed at trade/wholesale/dropship account level.
- Minimum order volume: Typically 25 pieces or more (or equivalent in cubic metres).
- The entire order must be delivered to one single address.
- Must be requested at the time of placing the order.
- Delivery date & time must be pre-agreed with the relevant regional logistics team.
4. Van Delivery by Region
- United Kingdom (Ipswich, Suffolk): Ināhouse van fleet, thirdāparty logistics; ability to offer FTL / LTL for large orders within UK mainland.
- EU (Magdeburg, DE and Madrid, ES): Full van or partial shipments via European road networks; DHL / local European carriers for ālast mileā portions.

- Canada (Brampton, Ontario): Van delivery across provinces; local carriers used for final delivery.
- Australia (Melbourne): Van shipments covering major metropolitan zones; possible surcharge for remote/difficult access areas.
5. Additional Shipping Options & Partners
- Partner Carriers: FedEx, UPS, DHL depending on region and access.
- Local Carriers / Lorries: For door-to-door van services where local networks are more efficient.
- Combined FTL / LTL Solutions: Maximising utilisation, reducing emissions.
6. Cost & Environmental Considerations
